Descriptions of Machines & how they work
The product is loaded manually or automatically into the bulk hopper. The product is then conveyed onto individually operating roller stages and begins the process to “fluidize” the flow. Importantly the program allows each individual roller stage to communicate with all of the other roller stages to control the flow of the product. This technology enables the roller stages that are linked together through a computer program to allow stepper motors to perform like servo motors as they speed-up and slow-down and to push and pull the items away from each other. As the product proceeds along the journey, it starts sorting, singulating, orientating and is gradually spaced in relation to the item ahead of it, allowing an ordered stream of product to be discharged from the machine. The feeder is then synchronized with the host unit.
